How We Work
Effective shows don’t happen by accident; there’s a science to managing so many moving parts. Our proven process for your event results in the satisfaction of our partners, time and time again.
We work in teams of two. Your Account Manager is the client liaison who manages your project timeline, design and budget. The Production Manager is the technical expert who creates your audio visual production solution and implements your chosen stage design down to the very last detail.
Our clients benefit from the hand-in-hand effects of two subject matter experts who see the project through different lenses. Together, this team will design and produce an exceptional event experience on time, and on brand.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is important to us and is deeply rooted in the AVT culture. Our team is dedicated to giving back to the community and working towards an eco-friendly environment. Following the three P’s of CSR, (People, Planet, Profit), we continue to grow and develop our Corporate Social Responsibility model.
AVT does a minimum of 12 pro-bono events a year for Bay Area non-profits. When it comes to fundraising, message delivery is important and we strive to provide these valuable organizations with the quality audio visual support they need to communicate effectively.
Investing in our people and their continuing development is a top priority. Each full-time employee has a sponsored plan for Education, Training & Development (ETD) for the calendar year. Our goal is for each employee to participate in 80 hours of educational growth each year.
In 2015 AVT started an internal Green Committee to help the company develop more eco-friendly practices. Thanks to our solar roof, 70% of our power comes from solar energy and the company has stopped purchasing plastic water bottles. These are just some of the ways our company is working towards a more sustainable future.
We recycle materials, such as cardboard, carpet and plastics, whenever possible. We also donate hundreds of show batteries to Toys for Tots to be used in new toys each year.
The AVT team participates in group volunteer activities on a quarterly basis. Internal fundraising is also a priority. Some of our favorite organizations are Child Advocates, Second Harvest Food Bank and One Warm Coat.
The events industry is constantly changing, and with it so does event technology. We are constantly on the lookout for the newest and greatest audio visual equipment and techniques to keep our production services and inventory fresh and relevant.
