Headquartered in San Francisco, Dolby has offices in 30 locations around the globe. AVT Productions has worked with Dolby for several years, and for the past two years we have produced Dolby’s annual 400-person internal Worldwide Sales & Marketing Conference.
In the past, Dolby experienced production problems related to the uncoordinated efforts of multiple service providers. As an extension of Dolby’s brand, AVT Productions reinforces Dolby’s good name and provides the most responsive service in the industry.
We design and produce service-oriented, systems-based event solutions that meet Dolby’s high expectations. It’s our job to manage the planning, creative, and production and to ensure no detail slips through the cracks. In 2014, Dolby flew attendees from around the world to Los Angeles for the general session and breakouts. AVT Productions handled all the planning, logistics, and production. As part of our comprehensive preproduction planning, we met with executives slated to speak at the conference before the event to review their content with them.
In 2015, AVT Productions produced the conference in three locations: San Francisco, Munich, and Beijing. Our core team – executive producer, technical director, and graphics designer – traveled to Munich and Beijing to ensure the shows ran smoothly and to manage the sourcing of local production elements and staff.
